As a UX Designer/Product Manager, you will lead the UX process, provide UX support for other product managers, and take ownership of select initiatives. You will conduct user research, create interaction designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences, combining strong design thinking with business knowledge and a data-driven approach to solve complex healthcare challenges.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will define, champion, and elevate the overarching UX vision and strategy across multiple product areas or an entire product line. You will lead and inspire a team of designers, providing strategic direction and hands-on mentorship. Conduct user research and analyze user behaviour. Research industry trends/ strategies and make competitor analysis. Collaborate with developers and designers to build interactive products.

You’ll lead the design process for your squad from concept to launch, rolling out configurable smart charging programs globally and enhancing the end-to-end experience for utilities and end users across mobile and web, creating delightful interactions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and engineering, primarily based on the East Coast of the US and Canada.

In this high-impact role, you will directly influence Apollo’s vision of becoming the all-in-one GTM platform, partnering with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify churn drivers and friction points using user research and behavioral data. You will design experiments and experiences that improve retention, cross-use case adoption, and depth of usage across Apollo’s surfaces.

As a UX Designer, you will shape user-centered experiences across our Privacy and Consent Management Platforms. You will collaborate with Product Managers to define problems and design solutions, working with Engineers, Product Marketing, and a UI Designer to drive adoption and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will balance multiple projects while advocating for users and ensuring visual consistency.

Drive user-centered insights by collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to uncover actionable user insights for impactful decision-making. Empower stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Define, track, and communicate key UX metrics and KPIs to inform conversion and business strategies. Design and conduct research; plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies.

As a Product Designer, you will contribute to the development of products built specifically for the reality and needs of schools and guardians, conceiving and building products that bring simplicity, flexibility and transparency to the process of financial transactions of educational services offered by the school. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and optimize dashboards and analytics tools for schools, ensuring clarity and efficiency in data visualization.

Craft elegant, usable, and intelligent experiences in a multi-platform AI-powered note-taking environment, contributing to both core experience design and emerging AI interaction patterns. The role involves leading end-to-end design of AI-powered features, championing human-centered AI design, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

This role will bring expertise as a leader to develop a world-class user experience and deliver an innovative product for candidates and citizens who are ready to disrupt corruption in American politics. The role is a player/coach role and is fully expected to contribute to design work while also managing and mentoring a team of Product and Brand Designers.
